The Twilight weekend of sporting events kicks off early Saturday morning at 8:00am with the American Pride Bank 5K Run presented by Fleet Feet Athens & Oconee. This run is open to participants of all athletic levels, starting and finishing in downtown Athens. There are age-graded categories and awards for men and women, provided by Fleet Feet Athens & Oconee. Awards will be held at 9:00am.
All 5K entrants will get an after-run breakfast and a drink ticket good for a beverage of choice. If you register prior to March 8th at 11:59pm, you will receive a participation t-shirt with your registration.

YOU MUST REGISTER BY 11:45PM ON SUNDAY, MARCH 8TH TO RECEIVE A PARTICIPATION T-SHIRT! MAKE SURE YOU MARK YOUR SIZE WHEN YOU REGISTER!!
Online registration closes on Wednesday, April 15th at 5:00 PM.

NO registrations will be accepted after 7:30am!!
The top 25 Men, 25 Women, 5 Masters Men, and 5 Masters Women from the 5K will qualify into the $10,000 Mile held Saturday night on the Downtown Race Course! Women will race at 6:15pm followed by the Men at 6:30pm.
Bring your kids for the free Twilight Kids 1K Run at 1:45pm (you must register and sign a waiver!).
Then come back Saturday evening for the AKO Signs Kids Parade Lap at 5:50pm. Jogging strollers are allowed, but please leave Fido at home!
Staging for both of the Kids events is 15 minutes beforehand in the Kids Zone (300 block of Lumpkin Street).

Run the 5K at 8am and then up the ante with the Gambler at 9:15am! Sign up for both events and get a participation shirt (if you register by 11:59pm on March 8th), post run/ride meal, and something to wash it down with!
